What should I do if the amount due to be paid to me is incorrect?

If the payment amount is incorrect, it may be because your client made a mistake or forgot to include a service. If you suspect an error, do not approve the payment until you have confirmed the details with your client. It is important that you contact them immediately about this, as Shoutly only receives the payment details and cannot make any changes. If a mistake has occurred, the client can create a new payment for you.
