Säljarnas Riksförbund  - Trade Union of Sellers

The union for those who work in sales and marketing.

Shoutly offers its employees an insurance portfolio in addition to the standard occupational pension, thanks to the collective agreement the company has with Säljarnas Riksförbund.

Säljarnas is a party-political independent national federation with trade union rights that is not affiliated with any political party or affiliated to any central organization.

We are a non-profit organization governed democratically by the members. We at Säljarnas are specialists in the agreements and conditions that apply to those who work with sales and marketing. When you need advice or help, we can quickly familiarize ourselves with your work situation and provide you with the support and security you need.

Collective agreements for self-employed

The collective agreement that Säljarnas has designed for employers in the self-employed sector aims to safeguard the position of self-employed workers in the labour market. The collective agreement means, among other things, that the self-employed are guaranteed minimum wage and are insured at the workplace. It also ensures that self-employed persons receive provision for occupational pensions.

If you are also a member of Säljarnas, self-employed persons have access to legal advice in private and employment law, as well as the opportunity to participate in competence-building training courses.

We want to help self-employed people get paid as much for their work as possible through courses and lectures in sales. We also hope that our networks can also provide opportunities for new assignments.
